Special Enrollment Period (Now – August 15th, 2021), you can also access help directly from the Health Benefit Exchange between 7:30am and 8:00pm by using the chat feature located at the bottom of your account page at www.wahealthplanfinder.org. Chat is available in English and Spanish.

Navigators assist clients in signing up for healthcare coverage through the Health Benefit Exchange. Navigators do not perform care coordination, assist with finding services, or answer specific questions about which provider is the best choice for your needs.

CHOICE Regional Health Network, Cascade Pacific Action Alliance, and the regional network of Navigators does not handle complaints or other service-related problems.

If you have complaints about general service from your provider, please contact your provider to discuss the issue or reach out to your insurance carrier to find a new provider.

For complaints involving unprofessional conduct, incompetent practice, or licensing questions, please contact the Washington Medical Commission.

If you need to file a complaint about your insurance carrier, please contact the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
