Department of Health and the American Society of Addiction Medicine are sponsoring a buprenorphine course March 26 in Spokane, WA, as part of the NW Rural Health Conference. Expanding access to evidence-based treatment is an important part of Opioid Response, and this course will cover medications and treatments for opioid use disorder (OUD) for physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and clinic staff. The course will help providers become waivered to prescribe buprenorphine for the treatment of OUD.
