The CPAA is announcing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from partners who are interested in implementing or participating in projects under the Medicaid Transformation Demonstration. We want to get a sense of who is interested in partnering with us and the kinds of projects and project areas partners are motivated to pursue.
We are seeking responses to this RFQ from a broad range of partners throughout our region. The CPAA is exploring moving forward with all eight projects areas, should there be enough interest and capacity across the region to implement the projects successfully.

We would like completed RFQs by September 1, 2017. This is not a hard deadline, but please get them in as soon as possible. The Work Groups will be looking at them in September.
Completed RFQs are preliminary approximations and initial ideas, not fully considered grants or proposals. It’s acceptable to not have all the details, but please be as specific and concrete as possible, especially regarding project areas and project ideas, and questions of order of magnitude (i.e., how big an area will be served, how many partners will be involved, how many Medicaid lives will be impacted).
